I have a problem trying to configure an OpenVPN in my WindowsXP Home edition
OS.
This message appears in the connection log

UDPv4 link remote: 142.232.16.52:1194
TLS Error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your
network connectivity)
TLS Error: TLS handshake failed
TCP/UDP: Closing socket

I set off all firewalls but It doesn't work. I aprecciate you help me
