I have an ADSL router which has worked fine for almost 2 years. I have
recently added a now computer to the network which accesses the router using
a Sagem USB Wifi Dongle. The connection is managed by the Sagem USB Key
utility.

After boot and login, I can always see the connection is funtioning via the
icon on the status bar. However IE is unable to connect to the internet.

If I have logged in as an administrator I can relaunch the Wifi scan, during
which it reestablishes the connetion and all is fine.

If I log in as a restricted access user, yet the connection is still there,
but access to the internet still fails. In this case I can no longer rescan.

Has anyone any ideas..
