Problem on connecting WinXP SP2 to Win Arabic 98 SE

Hi to All

I have problem on connecting to a PC with Wina98SE from another PC with
WinXP SP2 by "Network Places". But I can connect it by IP Address.
Please guide me to solve this problem.

Make sure that NetBIOS Over TCP/IP is enabled on all computers. I've
