I am using 2 laptops 1 installed Vista OS & 2 installed XP loaded.now
problem comes in Vista loaded laptop.my pcmcia data card not connect
after athentication username & password, "Remote Computer Could Not
Respond" this massege comes.if i use another net service provider dail
up connection still same error message appears on screen but another
XP Loaded laptop both connections works fine.

It could be a 3rd party security software issue. or troubleshooting, try to
start the Vista with clean boot.
