Hi,
I have a Win XP home desktop with 4 user accounts and a tablet pc with one
user account. They are networked to each other but they are both short on
memory. Since there are 4 user accounts on my home edition pc, can i
conntect 4 revovable usb hard drives and share them on the network so each
person who uses my computer can save there files on there personal usb drive?

If you are talking about space in hdd simply buy another internal hhd. If
you are talking about physical memory increase paging file size or buy more
memory.

Sharing a USB 'pen drive' works, just as for any other drive, BUT there is a
tendency for it to lose the share when it's disconnected and reconnected.
This might be an annoyance.

As mentioned, a better approach might be to fit a second HD to hold all the
data. Then, the data can be transferred to a USB disk as-required.
