I just had to take my computer in for a checkf-up, it was sick and I was sick
and tired about it being sick. Well after one hour of discussing what the
possibliliies to the reasn what was wrong with it? I was informed that the
hard drive was going bad, hmmmm not even a year old and alrdy problems. Well
my problem now is that since I got home with the puter it has been giving me
a lot of promblems with booting/logging onto puter, and even having trouble
with opening us web pages, and not to sound harsh or anything but it is also
creating a bad attitude towards the people who were involved with fixing my
puter in the first place ( well I thought that is what they did, fix it? but
seems to me it is only worse off. It takes anywhere from 7 t0 10 minutures
for my puter to start up /open to the welcome page. When ever Im surfing,
or playing a game I get alot ot lag or may I say froze up then most of the
time I will get the complete boot form website. and Finally I cant seem to
access many web pages/sites (about 80 % )

Please help anyone out there who can tell me what to do. I would rather
fix the problem then have to take it back o have it fixed a second time, and
it would keep me from causing a scene why Im returning the computer to be
fixed from it be fixedd in the first place.

Could be true, however. Did they replace it? What did they do?

Did they tell you what they did?
