I have a strange problem on my XP Sp2 with bulletprof FTP.

When a friend is downloading from me he will get around 300 kb/s. He should
get even more but for some reason
he don't get more then that. I thought I had configured my ftp wrong mut
that is not the case. Tried everything
I could think about and gone true all forums and stuff I could find about
this problem but not a single answear.

Well we did test and test diffrent setups and at one time he open 2 sessions
to my ftp and got 300 + 300.
So there is no limit on his or my bandwitdh for sure in that part.


I gut confused about the problem and installed a Linux PC and did setup a
FTP and from that
ftp he is getting more then 600 closer to 800 kb/sec

Well I have turned off Firewall on my router and on my PC and tried now
everything.
Tried other FTP server software with more or less same result in some cases
even
worse then I have now.

My configuration is like this

Windows XP Sp2
Netgear FVX538 ProSafeT VPN Firewall
My ISP is a lan configuration 100/100.

If anyone have any ide on what I can do to fix my XP I would be very happy.
