- Where is SSID for a preferred network stored?
- Posted by Popsi Narasimhan on February 11th, 2006
I have a bunch of laptops running XP SP1. I am trying to find out where in
the registry the SSID for my preferred network is stored on these units. I
can't find them anywhere in the registry it seems. I am however, able to
locate these on a laptop running SP2. I would like to be able to change the
SSID programmatically via a script and so would like to know where to find it.
TIA
popsi
