I am having trouble in getting this to install on my PC
running Windoes ME. It downloads it ok but keeps throwing
up a 'failed to install' message. I have disabled my anti-
virus software, my stop pop-up software and firewall.

I have tried to install this 6 times in all from 28/8/03
botha automatically and manually.

Help!

This installed on my ME system with no problem Make sure your virus scanning
is turned off.
What version of of the update do you have. The correct files if the update
installs are:
27-Jun-2003 02:19 2003.1100.5426 311,864 Html32.cnv
Windows Millennium
27-Jun-2003 02:19 2003.1100.5426 116,288 Msconv97.dll
Windows Millennium

this site is a form for reporting problems with updates. I have had good
luck getting response in the past but lately their turn around is slow
because of all the viruses.
