I, too, have this same problem. I have the "security
error" come up on every site that requires ActiveX.
Please SOMEBODY answer this!

Here's my stats:

Windows XP Professional (w/SP1)
Internet Explorer 6 (w/ SP1)
Alsoft Avast Anti-virus
D-link router (though this has been ruled out as a
problem)
Earthlink Cable Modem service
No software firewall.
All Internet security settings are correct.

I would be incredibly grateful...
