SINCE DOWNLOADING LATEST MS UPDATES FOR XP HOME EDITION.
MY BLACK WIDOW 4830PRO SCANNER NO LONGER WORKS. WHEN I
CLICK SCANNER ICON THE BUSY ICON COMES UP FOR A FEW
SECONDS THEN NOTHING. TRIED UNINSTALLING & REINSTALLING
DRIVERS ETC. SCANNER WORKS FINE ON AN OLDER COMPUTER
RUNNING WINDOWS 95

Have you tried uninstalling the MS updates you installed that caused your
scanner to stop working?
