Can Not Disable or Enable the XP System Restore

Can Not Disable or Enable the XP System Restore: Posted by Chipper74mx on February 19th, 2004; I can't Disable my XP System restore, i put the mouse
cursor on My PC and click on Properties and it just
doesn´t open...... My Norton antivirus doesn´t open and
the Add or Erase programs in the Control panel doesn´t
work as well.
