my updates are ususally done automatically and i have
found that i am missing one critical update. i have not
be able to download the update do to the message
saying"the product key you used to install
windows..........." i do not have a pirated version and
as of last february all my updates were done
automatically. can someone please explain to me how to
get these updates and why this would happen all of a
sudden. ive used this computer for almost a year and have
had no probs like this before. thank you for your time
and your quick response

Jill;
You need to contact Microsoft or the seller because that Product ID is
listed as pirated.
There is no way around it until Microsoft or the seller resolve the
issue.
