i downlaoded explorer 6 and since than all the attachment
that arrives to my outlook express emails are turned off i
can not open tham or do anything...anyone knows why and
what should i do??

That is unnecessary.
OE6
Tools menu > Options > Security tab
Uncheck "Do not allow attachments...."
(Assuming you really want to disable this security feature)
