Hi, i will try to explain my problem from my best.

After downloading a lot of patches via windows update,
when i want open some important files like "system"
or "installing/remove programs" from control panel, a ms-
dos window pop-up ( usually C:system/rundll32.exe or
ntvdm-000a00 -000a00 -00a, something like this), close
and the window i want see dont show up.I didnt have this
problem before updating.
It's like i was not considereted as admin, but i have
only 1 account on my computer.

Please help me, thx.

This sounds like a problem with your operating system. Even though this may
have been as a result of a update, the best port of call would be the
appropriate operating system newsgroup.
