when i go to the windows update site, the scan button
doesn't appear! i just get a mess. that states it's
checking for the "latest version of the windows update
software"... no scan button ever appears! i'm using win
xp, and i've not had this problem before, as it has worked
in the past. i'm not using ad-aware, as it states in the
microsoft support site! i've also tried disabling my
firewall and antivirus before trying again, to no avail--
please help!
