hello i have win. XP pro and i just installed it. I am
used to it on my other pc but this new installation
does not allow me to change user when i log on. It say
to uninstall the client services for netware. Where do i
get that and what does it do ??? I need help please.

Try this:
Right click My Network Places and select Properties. Right click the
Internet connection in question, or LAN connection, and select Properties.
On the Networking tab, This connection uses...highlight Client Services for
Netware and select Uninstall.
