After installing update 822925 a problem arose with the message "your
security settings prohibit.........." and Norton NIS/AV screens were messed
up. After trying many things and finally just waiting with this update
uninstalled, a new critical update KB828750 Oct 3 2003 appeared on windows
update site. This supersedes 822925 and this one WORKS fine- no message
about security settings and works fine with NORON NIS/AV screens. Hope this
helps those that were having this problem
