- Critical Updates

Despite the fact that my installtion history shows that
the latest two critical updates are installed
successfully, (KB832894 & 819696) Windows aito update
still downloads them and tries to install them again. Any
ideas please?

You know, I'm having a similar problem with the kb828026
update for Media Player. I've done the force update
through the knowledge base and the auto update from
windows update. The only difference is that it ALWAYS
prompts again in 8 hours or so, even though I get a
message that the update was successfull. When I check the
hotfixes, its not there. Would be nice if they'd fix this.

for me its the KB828028 update. Downloaded and installed a few times before
I started to recognize the number. I posted about 5 or 6 below this one but
got no responses. Sure would like to know whats goin on.
