Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 6 SP1 (KB824145): Posted by nancynewt on November 29th, 2003; I just installed the critical update listed in the title
on my Windows ME system.

Now my IE scrolls 2 pages at a time instead of one. Who
should I report this problem to so Microsoft can fix their
update?

Also who can I remove this update?
