After the load when I do a right mouse click on Start and
select Explorer, a left click on My Documents, My Network
Places or My Computer it doesn't take me there but just
turns green from blue. Once I do a restore back before the
patch it's ok. Anyone else have this problem? I have Win
Me running.

Its my understanding this update has had problems with IE on Win ME. Its
been that way for a long time. I've been waiting to hear if its been fixed,
apparently not. It also had a problem of moving multiple lines at a time
when you use the down arrow in IE to move down the page.
