- desktop icons
- Posted by eric on December 1st, 2003
Hello. I lost my desktop icons, including the Start
button, after doing a system restore. It is possible that
I accidentally turned off the show icons feature, but I'm
not sure. I tried right-clicking on the empty desktop to
turn the feature back on, but right-clicking, or any other
type, produces no results. The only way I get any access
is by ctrl/alt/del which brings up the task manager and
allows me to access programs, but I can't figure out how
to get the icons back or undo the system restore. ANy
help would be greatly apprecited. Thanks, Eric
