I have tried to download directx 9.0 several times from ms
download page and each time at the end of the download I
receive an error message. Does anyone know what I am doing
wrong? The message is:
"Downloading a file necessary for instalation failed.
Please run setup again"

Download DirectX9.0b:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en

Reboot
Disable all unnecessary applications including anti virus
Install Direct X 9.0b by double-clicking download icon.
