You need to reinstall your video card/chip drivers. To do this, you need to know the exact make and model of your video card/chip in order to install the correct/updated video card/chip drivers.

There are several ways to determine what kind of video card/chip you have.

1. Check the documentation that came with your PC.

2. You can open your PC tower and look at the video card/chip and note the name and numbers printed on it.

3. You can download and run this program. It might be able to determine what kind of video card you have.

AIDA32 - Enterprise System Information (download the .exe file - it has a self installer).

http://www.aida32.hu/aida-download.php?bit=32

It will tell you a lot about what's inside your PC. In addition to telling us the *Brand and Model Number* of your computer, please post back the information Aida32 reports for your:

Motherboard

CPU

Chipset

Display PCI/AGP Video

Display GPU

This information will assist us in finding the correct video drivers, and directing you to the video card/chip manufacturer's website so you can download and install them.
