I get a list of available updates for my computer, but
after choosing to download the message appears:
'The following items failed to install. To try installing
them again, click Review and install updates, and then
click Install Now again.'

None of the downloads install. I was just successful at
installing Win2000 service pack 3 prior to this. I'm also
unable to download Win2000 sp 4.

I've disabled my norton and that hasn't helped. Any
suggestions??

Download SP4 directly from this web site, then install it:
