Anyone aware of this error & what solutions might there
be?

Opening message is " Windows Update has encountered an
error and cannot display the requested page"

Search knowledge base, tried several solutions, still not

working.

Please help.

I have been geting that error. on update.log the error
is shown as 0x80004005 it has something to do with the
update not being able to fing a driver matching my
printer. I don't suppose you have a Lexmark Z43, too.

Nope, have HP Deskjet printers.
If your error is 0x80004005, try the MS Knowledge base
& search for that particular error message.
