When I go to the microsoft update website a grey window
pops up and asks me to install something so I click ok,
but nothing happens after that...the program stops
responding. That's as far as I can get to updating my
computer. I also got error 0x800A138F. If anyone knows
what the problem is I would really appreciate some help.
Also, does anyone know if running anti-virus software
could be causing this?
