Explorer crashes after 10-15 minutes of operation. Any
suggestions for correct software to download?

Overheating is a strong possibility. Check, in CMOS Setup, CPU, graphics,
case, and HDD temperatures after running at least for 15m, crashed or not
crashed. Remove fluffs in fans. Leave case open, side panels having been
taken off, for a few days.
