Am running W98 Second Edition and was prompted by Windows
Update to install "Security Update(819696)for Microsoft
Windows" on 30 Jul 2003. However, My PC froze during the
process and the update was never completed. The problem is
that "Windows Update" no longer prompts to install same
even though the "History Logs" report the dowload as
FAILED. There seems to be no way to repeat the install
once failed !!!

Can this be fixed so that "Windows Update" can validate
that this Security Update is still missing and needs to be
installed ??
