- firewire 1394 network
- Posted by on November 7th, 2003
I tried to create a firewire 1394 network on winXP but it
didn't work and now I can't get rid of it. I tried to
uninstall but WinXp reinstalls it every time I boot up,
and I can't use the firewire card for anything else. How
do I get rid of it? Thanks

Take a look at your bootup sequence to see where it is being installed.
Check autoexec.bat and the ini files for references, along with start up
programs. (start, run, msconfig)
