- icutl.cab and update 823559

Every day i receive notification that I need to install WU
823559 - I have installed it six times and still receive
message that it needs to be installed. Can anyone help me
resolve this problem? Today I tried to install iuctl.cab -
it appears on my desktop but am not able to install it?
Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.

What operating system are you running? As of 9/12 are you still being
offered 823559? What error do you get installing the iuctl.cab file?

Lucy,
I, too, am running into this problem with 823559. My
OS is W98SE. I've installed the update a few times but
still get this message on a regular basis.
