That is the third reference to iedll.exe I've seen in the last couple of days
which is somewhat suspicious. IEDLL.EXE is not an operating system file nor
part of Internet Explorer and I would
suspect that it is a trojan, parasite or some other unwanted guest. Use
MSConfig, open the startup tab and look for any reference there to iedll.exe
and if found uncheck the entry. This at least should hopefully prevent the
message you are seeing.
Have you checked your PC for possible viruses and trojans with your preferred
antivirus application using a current set of viral signatures? If not I would
recommend that you do so. This might also be a good time to download yourself
a copy of the free Ad-Aware 6.0 from Lavasoft
(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/) and also SpyBot
(http://security.kolla.de/) and scan your system for and remove all unwanted
parasites, adware and spyware that might be hiding on your PC.
