Chris,
Is the problem with a particular update? Can you install outside of Windows
Update?
This is a known issue with an older version of AOL. If this applies try the
following:
After signing on to AOL click the Start button then click the Windows Update
Icon. This will start Windows Update using the version of Internet Explorer
that comes with the operating system.
If not please post the latest information from he Windows Update.log file.
To view the file:
Copy and paste "%windir%\windows update.log" (w/o the quotes)
into the Internet Explorer address bar and hit Enter.
Scroll down to the current date and look for the error being reported.
Please post the last 20 lines from the Windows Update.log file
