i keep getting a message when trying to install microsoft
internet explorer 6 service pack 1 onwindows me,stating
that all components cannot be installed.

WINDOWS IS RUNNING IN SAFE MODE OR MY INSTALLER ISNT
INSTALLED CORRECTLY . PLEASE HELP

Hello Kevan,

Just to clarify, are you able to install SP1 except for some components, or
are you completely unable to install SP1?
