Hi

I have just re-installed windows XP following a problem.

I now can't get access to the internet.

I need to set up a new network connection but the
software won't let me do it.

When I get to the connection page, I can't check the
radio button for dial-up modem.

Broadband connection seems to be pre-selected and no
other options are available.

Can anyone help, please note that I am a computer novice.
