All these problems with windows update must be on their
end cause there are too many people having problems for
it to just be everyones computer

I definitely agree. I wasn't going to say anything since
this is their site and I thought they would edit it out if
I did.

I take care of several machines at work...had them all up
to date on the 19th...now on the 21st two of them get the
0x800A138F error. I've tried every suggestion on the MS
website and here and nothing works. It has to be their
fault.

Hang on minute Jarrod! I'm not having any problems with the website at
all. I have only ever once had a problem (about 8 months ago) and after
describing the symptoms in a post to this forum I was able to solve the
problem with Lucy's (MS) help.
And it wasn't the the website, it was a third party program I had
installed that was the cause of the problem.
So I say there cant be anything wrong with the website because all of us
that dont have problems dont complain and dont post that we're not
having problems (usually)
Just following your lead you understand..... ;-)
