You need to be a little more specific as to what in IIS doesn't work.

Is there a web page in particular that doesn't work?
Can you create a Test ODBC DSN and Test this? If the ODBC
DSN fails, repost the error returned.

Our Windows 2003 server just downloaded and installed this patch two hours ago, and since then our web services are not working. When I go into IIS, all of the web services are stopped. The error it gives is "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
