Hello Cindy,

If you are trying to access the Windows Update site with the AOL browser you
might have this problem. Try using Internet Explorer instead to access
Windows Update.

1. Log on to AOL.
2. Minimize the AOL browser.
3. Launch Internet Explorer.
4. Go to Windows Update.

Can you tell us what happens when you try to use Windows Update? Do you get
any error messages? The more information you give the better.
