This opening up of their material for public access is a fantastic
opportunity for people all over the world. And tied together with the rapid
rise of Linux amongst the developing nations means more and more people
have access because they are not baulked by the high cost of getting hold
of legal software...

In fact... I would say that the article is a good advocacy piece to use when
making a case for adoption of Open Source in IT projects...
