I recently got rid of a virus, one of the download
trojans, but since I a missing some dll files that causes
some interference, expecially with norton, it wont let me
update some files. How do I get those files back in the
computer?

also another subject with norton, everytime I use it to
scan my computer wont shut down afterward, any Ideas??
