After installing Service Pack 1, my dial-up modem connects
at 115 Kb., then disconnects after a few minutes. I've
adjusted the baud rate, deleted & tried reinstalling the
connection, but the problem persists. It connects at 115
Kb. now, in the past it was generally 52Kb.
