- Multiple LUNs for one device
- Posted by matt on January 25th, 2004
I'm running Windows XP with a PCI SCSI controller. All
SCSI peripherals work fine, except the CD-rewriteable
drive. It shows up as 8 separate drives -- all with the
same SCSI ID, but LUNs 0 through 7. Is this a bug? SCSI
controller is NCR 53c810 and CD-RW is Yamaha CRW4416-NB.
XP supports drivers for both. I have tried multiple SCSI
chain configurations and get the same result.
