Problem.Description=
Windows Update web page goes to error when clicking scan
for updates.

Problem.Discovery=
You will want to look for the WU error log located
here: "C:\WINDOWS\Windows Update.log" for XP
or "C:\WINNT\Windows Update.log" for Win2K
Inside I found a line containing:
2003-08-11 16:05:42 23:05:42 Error IUCTL
Failed to download iuident.cab from SUSServerName to
C:\Program Files\WindowsUpdate\V4 (Error 0x80072EE6)

Problem.Solution=
I went to our SUS server and found that our copy
of "iuident.cab" was from May13th03. I found a different
copy from Aug18th03 on a working server and replaced it.
From that point on every PC in the SUS OU has worked.
