- "No Liability Accepted" Expired

tried to run update after reformatting my win 98SE
machine...got the error 0x80072F05...ran update
troubleshooter and found that this certificate expired
1/7/04. What do i do next, please?

The expired certificate will not prevent you from using Windows Update.
Error 0x80072F05 typically caused by an incorrect Date and Time setting.
