I have a problem i was trying to install windows xp on my
system from ME and i took off the file ntldr because it
said it needed to be deleted well then my computer started
up saying ntldr is missing press any key to restart well i
don't know what to do please help me?

If you mean fntldr.exe (perhaps ntldr is similar?)
Follow the instructions.
Alter the line in Win.ini to read just:
run=
It is not a needed file. It is a parasite.
You can edit Win.ini with Sysedit
(Start-Run-Sysedit)

you must restart your comp,go to bios setttings(press del
or f2) and change your system boot setting to read,boot
from dc rom
