- Outlook express/explorer

I think I am having difficulty with my outlook express.
I am unable to send emails. I am also unable to browse
the internet. I type in the address and nothing ever
populates. I am on DSL. My system is running very S L O
W. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Cyn
