- Outlook problems following OS patches

Has anyone experienced this? After applying patches to the OS (Win2000 and
WinXP), Outlook 2000 suddenly begins hanging when receiving mail through the
SMTP mail service. I seem to have this issue, and I don't know if the 2
things are related or not. Thanks.
