I haven't seen this before. It's really hard to
determine what caused the behavior. Have you tried
repairing Internet Explorer? What operating system are
you running? Here's a Knowledge Base article for

One known cause of this symptom is an apparent incompatibility
between IE6sp1 and Zone Alarm Pro 3.x.

Removing the firewall fixes the symptom.

So far I have seen no official acknowledgment from ZA that there
is an issue. There is some indication that it may only be some kind
of configuration error that the users are making or perhaps there is
a workaround of that nature. I don't know; I don't use the product.
I'm just reporting information which seems to help change the symptom.
