- same patch has installed 4 times

The same windows update 823559 has been installed 4 times
and shows in update history but update wants to install it
again !
Can anyone please help with a solution ?
The latest update has installed without problem.

Hi Navi,
Let's try uninstalling the update via Add/Remove Programs and reinstall
manually from the TechNet Security site.

After installation verify Windows Update is no longer offering the update.
