Every day I get the same pop-up for an update. when I get
to the update page the same 2 appear: 1) 823559 Security
Update for Microsoft Windows; and, 2) Security Update 1,
November, 1999. I've installed them dozens of times &
then started to click the "Remove" button every day - BUT
THEY STILL APPEAR....

Also, I've noticed that my browser seems to be getting
slower by the day & I often need to reboot my computer
becauses pages will not load or programs freeze. this
could be related to the incompetence of AT&T
Broadband/Comcast of which I've had to spend several hours
on the phone because they keep mistakenly disconnecting my
cable internet service - then they said I needed to update
my browser - then I didn't, etc, etc, etc.

Can someone please help me??????

I am having the same problem with the reapeated update
notice for 823559 Security and I have downloaded it
alraedy several times can any one help?
